I posted this reel of preparing a meal for someone, and was overwhelmed with ideas from readers. Taking a meal to someone is a practical way to show you care. Common reasons to deliver meals include after someone has a baby or has surgery or is going through a hard time (sickness, loss of a loved one, divorce). When you deliver a meal to someone, go above and beyond to be thoughtful. Bring extras and really think about meeting every need. I hope this list is helpful.
