Deal: $15 Credit to thredUP = Free Clothes

thredUPclothesIf you haven't tried thredUP yet, now is the time.

thredUP is an awesome online consignment site where you can buy new and like new kids and women's clothes for a fraction of their retail cost. They also carry maternity items and shoes.

Right now they are offering all new customers a free $15 credit
(referral link, thank you very much!).

This is an awesome opportunity to get a free item or items for your wardrobe or for your kids. Clothes start as low as $3.49 a piece. You can search by size, prize, brand, style. You will be amazed by the selection of products. They’ve got everything from Gucci to Gap, J Crew to Justice – at up to 90% off retail prices.

I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of clothes from thredUP and always been satisfied by my purchases. In the photo above, Elias's jacket (Old Navy) and my sweater (The Limited) are both thredUP finds. Both arrived looking like they had never been worn.

thredUP does an excellent job of making sure the products are high quality and in great condition. A few times I have ordered something, then ended up receiving them for free because after purchasing them, thredUP noticed they had a small flaw.

Go sign up and get your $15 credit. The credit will show up once you add items to your shopping cart. They also have a great referral program, so when you sign up you can refer friends and earn additional credit.

This special free credit is only available through the end of February! It does not apply to shipping, which typically is about $2.99.

YEOW!

This is perfect. My 5 year old has a severe lack of clothing that fits at the moment!
Have you ever tried selling to them? I’ve been thinking about sending them some stuff but didn’t know if it was really worth it.

Yes, I should have mentioned that. I would not recommend sending clothes to them. I was shocked at how little I made – and I sent NICE stuff. Not worth it. Sell in a rummage sale instead.

I signed up but it is not giving me a $15 credit in my account. It says if I refer a friend I would only get $10 credit and nothing about getting $15 credit from signing up through your blog? What do I do now?

    Thanks you.

Have you tried putting something in your shopping cart? I think the credit shows up then?

Most customers get the give $10/get $10 promo, but because I shop there so much, my account referral should give you $15. Hope this helps!

I also signed up as a new customer and don’t see anything about a $15 credit…

    Thank you!

I’m so glad. A few folks seem to be having trouble. Did the credit show up in your shopping cart?

Yes, it sure did. I shopped and checked out in about 10 minutes. No problems at all. Thanks again 🙂
