Adeline:: Six Months

Adeline turned six months old on December 23, so this is a little late, but I still wanted to post an update.  🙂 (I wrote this as of December 23 so as not to confuse milestones.)

Our sweet Adeline, you are such a little butterball of joy.

At six months you are 19 lbs, wearing mostly nine month clothing and size three diapers.

You are still teething, but no teeth yet! This month we introduced food and in addition to drinking mommy's milk, you love to eat. You have food twice a day and have so far eaten:

• rice cereal
• acorn squash
• butternut squash
• blueberries
• plums
• pears
• carrots

Your reflux seems to have resolved itself and you are no longer on medicine – hooray!

You are very interetsed in the world around you and are constantly grabbing at your toys and touching everything – like the monkey in your picture!

You are very smiley, especially at Elias. He adores you. You also laugh and laugh when you are tickled – especially under your arm, neck and tummy.

You are growing lots of hair and it often stands up, which I think is adorable. I call you my little kewpie doll. I love putting headbands on you, and am excited to diversify to little clips in a few months. 🙂

I can't believe we are already halfway to your first birthday!
