recordable storybooks sale
Last time DaySpring did this sale, y’all bought in droves. They are so excited to offer it again, but only for one-day (affiliate links used in this post)!

Get all recordable storybooks for just $5. Plus, get 20% off with the code SAVE20GIFTS!

This is a sale you do not want to miss.

My kids simply adore these recordable storybooks. Really and truly adore them. We have had family that lives out of town record the stories and the books are treasures that they go back to again and again.

When we took these pictures, Elias kept stopping looking at his book (which was new and hasn’t been recorded yet) to look and listen to Adeline’s which had their Maw-Maw reading. It was so sweet.

If you aren’t familiar with these books, they include a simple recording device where anyone can record the story, spread by spread, and then lock it so that it can’t be changed by little kids. It is really, really easy. My 87-year-old grandma did it with no problem. Seriously, simple. :)

Six books are included in this sale. I have listed each of them below, along with some description about each title so you know the best ones to buy for your little loved ones.

I Love You Head to Toe – Recordable Storybook: This is my kids’ favorite book- and mine too. It is so, so precious. It has lines it like “I love your squirmy, ticklish feet… and all those toes are oh-so-sweet!” and ends with “from top to bottom, through and through… remember this in all you do- you’re special, ’cause God says it’s true! And always… ALWAYS… I love you!”

All Day Long with Jesus – Recordable Storybook: This book reminds children that Jesus is with them, wherever they go. The illustrations are darling. The book is really tender, with lines in it like “He’s with us when we’re having fun and want to clap and cheer; or when we’re feeling sad inside and shed a little tear.”

The Birth of Jesus – Recordable Storybook: I love this book – particularly with Christmas around the corner. It is based on Luke chapter 2, and cites the scriptures throughout. The illustrations are very child appropriate. I think this book would be such a treasure for families to have and listen to each Christmas.  Every family should have a copy of this Christmas story.

Really Woolly- Bedtime Prayers – Recordable Storybook: My kids love Really Woolly and this is SUCH a sweet book. It is longer than some of the other recordable storybooks, as each spread includes a truth about God (ie: God Comforts Us”), a scripture and a short prayer. Love the way it teaches about the ways God cares for us.

God’s Easter Promise – Recordable Storybook: The illustrations in this book feel like this book is for an older child (age 6-9). It tells the Easter story in very clear language and would be lovely to give at Easter time.

My Rainy Day Imagining Book – Recordable Storybook: I’m listing this one because it is included in the sale, but I would not buy it. Frankly, I was excited to receive it because I thought it looked really sweet. The illustrations are darling, but the things they have the kids imagine are way too varied (from rockets to imagining being in the hospital). It is really strange.

Unfortunately they went out of business, with no warning or notice. So awful.

I am very interested in ordering these books for birthdays! In reading some of the reviews, concerned the recordings don’t go with the right pages. Have you had any trouble with the recordings?

We have never had any trouble with our books and I have not heard of this feedback before. We really love them!

Awesome! Thanks for the quick reply! And I found a coupon code through retailmenot (http://www.retailmenot.com/view/dayspring.com?c=5688789) and it ended up coming out to pretty much free shipping with the discount!!
