Project Life We Found a House Edition

The Mom Creative
So you might remember that I was getting big time caught up on Project Life this weekend. Well, that took a backseat when we found out that the house we were going to make an offer on got a contract on it.

This house needed some work (lots of wallpaper throughout the house), but our hearts skipped a beat every time we walked in the front door.

We cried, but had to move into find a house mode again.

We we excited to find another great house on Sunday and planned to make an offer yesterday afternoon.

Just before my realtor was going to submit the offer paperwork she got a call. The original house we loved was available again.

It was a few hours of craziness as we checked with our home’s buyer to see if they could close earlier (they can!) and get a new offer put together, but we did it. The home owner has until 1 pm CST today to let us know if they accept, or counter.

So yeah, poor Project Life. I’m hopeful that our offer is accepted and things will maybe slow down a bit. I really, really, really want to get back in my grove!

How are you doing on Project Life? Would love to see your layouts.

Praying you get the house. It seems like you have been waiting a long time for this. It is such a good feeling when things finally start coming together.

As a realtor, turned stay at home homeschooling mom and I am so happy and excited for you. It always broke my heart when a home buyer couldn’t get into the house that they wanted.
Praying that everything works out for you and your family!

So exciting! I’m about 4 weeks behind on mine which never happens, but it was pushed to the back burner with a move on our end as well!

Excited for you & the family! Everything will work out according to God’s perfect plan! We had one weekend to pick out a house when moving and feel so blessed the outcome – we have the best neighbors who even have boys the same age as ours! Love how God blesses us even in the details….!

Wow! That is awesome news! Hope you hear back soon with positive news. Not sure how much life will slow down while moving… haha… but hopefully in a few months or so when you’re settled in, right? :)
