Review: The Perfect Backpack for Your Monster/Dino Lover

by jessicaturner on November 11, 2011

Seriously, if you have a little boy, he needs this backpack.

Oh. my. word.

I saw the MadPax backpack at a little boutique in Nashville and was immediately in love.

Elias loves dinosaurs and monsters, and I knew he would love one.

So I was THRILLED when MadPax sent us one to review.

We received the half pack size in aquanaut. When I opened the box, Elias squealed, put it on, ran to the mirror and ROARED at himself.

Hilarious.

The straps are padded, as in the roomy inside. We have the straps as short as they can be right now, and I expect this backpack to last us for a few years. It is extremely well made and durable.

Everywhere we go people stop and comment on his backpack. It is so fun and unusual. I also like that Elias is easy to spot when he is carrying it.

So if you are looking for a fun and unexpected boy Christmas gift, check out MadPax.

Visit MadPax’s website and use the code MC101 into the promotions box to receive 10% off your purchase.

My son loves dinos and dragons! My question is, is how did you get them to send it to you to review??

I love these backpacks! I’ve seen them in Arizona and think they are super cute! I would love to use this as a diaper bag :)

Hi Jess… just had to send you a message to say “hello.” I SO miss hearing about all of you guys from Sara… guess I’m going to learn to be an avid “Blog Reader!” I have the incourage posts coming to my inbox each day… I needed something to fill in for the inspiration that I used to get from Gitz Bitz (not to mention all of my phone conversations with Sara). I saw the recent post from Angie and it made me so happy to be able to feel connected since I’ve met both of you! I have the funniest story to share with you sometime… it’s kind of embarrassing because it really shows how clueless I am! I’ll send you a message on FB when I get a chance. Love the backpack – and the little guy who’s wearing it makes it even cuter! Wish my boys were that size again!
