Fascinating Video about Food

by jessicaturner on June 2, 2011

If you eat food and live in the US, you need to watch this video.

Matthew and I have been talking about food lately, what we should maybe take out of our diets, what we should modify, etc. I think we will be moving forward on those changes.

Thank you SO much for sharing this! It’s so weird, but around the same time they started putting the synthetic proteins into milk, I stopped liking it! Totally makes sense! I am definitely sharing this!

We’ve been making big chanes to the way we eat too. You should watch Food Inc.- it’s mind blowing and goes into more details about what she was talking about.
I think indiviuals have a major impact the on the food industry. Everytime you swipe your card at the grocery store, you are voting for the food that is in your cart.
Thanks for posting this awesome video!

I too have started to look at what we eat and this video was eye opening. Thanks for posting…I’ve shared it on my blog too!

Thank you for sharing this! It’s very well done, and it is an interesting perspective given her business background. We have started to make these changes at home over the past few months because of some food sensitivities and related issues. I think for many people there is a fear that the change will be hard. “What will we eat?” And sometimes it can be hard (or expensive), especially eating on the go, but even just swaping a few items makes a difference.

I have been meaning to watch Food Inc too….

I watched Food Inc and immediately started buying only organic ground beef and organic chicken. We have been an organic milk family for years, because I thought it was important and because we don’t drink much and organic lasts WAY longer:). I buy organics of the “dirty dozen” for fruits and veggies, but I feel like we need to move in that direction even more with cheese and butter and things like that.

Jess – I am so thankful you shared this video with your readers. I am currently hosting a 30 day cleanse on my health blog. I wrote a book several years ago to help people learn the truth about health and how to heal the body naturally. I believe you will be blessed by checking it out. Our 9 children are thriving and very healthy eating a vegan diet. They see the doctor once a year only for well visits.

I would be happy to send you a free e-book and then give an e-book away to one of your readers.

Many blessings,
PS I have Food Inc and many other great videos on my health blog that will rock your world too!
