Have You Seen This?

This is amazing. I love how God gives people so much creativity.

From The Huffington Post:

Kseniya Simonova is a Ukrainian artist who just won Ukraine’s version of “America’s Got Talent.” She uses a giant light box, dramatic music, imagination and “sand painting” skills to interpret Germany’s invasion and occupation of Ukraine during WWII.

Wow- she DOES have talent, and once you realise what it is about, then it is also very touching…

I have only ever seen one other "sand painting" video, it was quite some time ago. This one was so moving and so well done. The music that went along with it, especially the very last part-Metallica's Nothing Else Matters. Great song. I'm so glad she won. Thanks for posting this Jessica!

Thanks so much for sharing this. My husband and I lived in Ukraine for two and a half years and the pain still runs deep from that "Great Patriotic War against the Fascists" as they call WWII. I had never seen it depicted like this – remarkable. I can't wait to show my husband.
