My Nana

by jessicaturner on June 22, 2007

This photo of my grandmother in the late thirties is rocking my world right now. Check out all the cool details, like my great-grandmother, on the left, trying to duck out of the shot and the empty milk bottle on the ground next to the door. What a neat time to grow up in…

I am going to call Nana this weekend and ask her a bit about her story. I read Becky Higgins book, Family History Scrapbooking, a few weeks ago and I want to start compiling more of my relatives’ stories. So cool to look back and reflect.
